Libraries   SMIC's libraries, provided through leading companies such as ARM Artisan, Virage Logic, Synopsys and VeriSilicon, include standard cell, I/O and memory compilers in 0.35μm, 0.25μm, 0.18μm, 0.15μm,0.13μm and 90nm technologies. In addition, we have our own I/O libraries with different pitches to help customers achieve optimal die sizes and cost effectiveness. These libraries also offer robust ESD protection.
